It provides public safety mapping and reference tools, along with related materials such as custom-designed and printed maps. Please read this disclaimer carefully before relying on any information or materials we provide.

Not an emergency or dispatch system. DEMS is not a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system, is not a 911 or emergency response system, and does not direct, control, or participate in any emergency response.

Reference only. All service area boundaries, agency assignments, coordinates, and other information we provide, including any custom-designed or printed maps we create for you, are for informational and planning purposes only. This information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and it changes over time. Printed and exported materials reflect data as of the time they were produced and may become outdated.

Verify before relying. You and your agency are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and currency of any information or materials before relying on them, and for all dispatch, response, and operational decisions. Those decisions must be made in accordance with your own official systems, protocols, mutual aid agreements, and applicable law.

No determination of legal boundaries. Nothing provided through DEMS determines, alters, or supersedes any legal service area, jurisdictional boundary, contractual obligation, or dispatch responsibility.

No warranty. The service and all information are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
